Are you able to handle constructive criticism? IN and out of raids: Criticis is something that we receive in our everyday lives much so i dont think ill mind that
There is situations in guilds where you haven't got any loot for shit loads of raids, if that would happend to you, how would you react: As i said before i am not looking for a guild to boost my gear, but for a guild to increase my progress(experience>gear)
If you wouldn't get invited to a Wednesday raid (farm bosses) How would you react: I think i wouldnt mind if i am allowed to pug raids at weeks that i dont go with guild.
How would you react if we had 4 hours wiping on the same boss, would you leave the guild or start complaining:Lol i am the one who should be asking this xD. First of all theres noway that we wipe at a boss for 4 hours even if we played with retards(sorry for the expression). I am not a person who easily gets angry and i would just be disapointed in a situation like this but i wouldnt leave the guild nor would i start complaining
