This talent spec suits me the best because I do nice aggro, I have pretty nice self healing capabilities and also good mitigation.

This is for you to decide whats best for your guild., but all I can say is that I'm a good player.
Are you able to handle constructive criticism? IN and out of raids:
I have no problem with it.
There is situations in guilds where you haven't got any loot for shit loads of raids, if that would happend to you, how would you react:
In the end everyone will get loots if guild members get along and do a nice job in raids., so I have nor problem with it.
